Compliance Reports
Fieldnorm can generate a PDF compliance report for any facility covering a full calendar year. The report captures all data required for annual LDAR submissions in Alberta (AER Directive 060 / OneStop), British Columbia (BC FEM Regulation / KERMIT), and Saskatchewan (MER requirements).
Generating a PDF Report
- 1Click Reports in the sidebar.
- 2Select the Facility from the dropdown.
- 3Select the Report Year from the dropdown (covers 2023 through the current year).
- 4Click Download PDF Report. The PDF is generated and downloaded to your browser's default downloads folder in seconds.

The generated PDF includes the following sections:

| Header | Report title, reporting year, generation date. |
| Facility Information | Facility name, AER licence number, address, number of wells, operator company name, total active components. |
| Compliance Summary | Total inspections, total leaks detected, leaks repaired/verified, open leaks. Green confirmation if all repairs met the D060 30-day window; red warning if any are overdue. |
| Inspections | One sub-section per inspection conducted during the year — date, type, inspector name, status, and a component-by-component results table (PASS/FAIL/LEAK with notes). |
| Leak Detection & Repair Records | A table of all leaks detected during the year with detection date, 30-day deadline, repair date, status, and repair notes. |
| Footer | Company name, facility name and licence number, report year. |

Tips for Accurate Reports
- ✓Make sure all inspections are marked COMPLETE (not DRAFT) before generating the report — draft inspections are excluded.
- ✓Update all leak records with actual repair dates before generating your annual report.
- ✓Generate one report per facility — the report covers a single facility and year combination.
- ✓You can re-generate the report as many times as you like; each generation reflects the current state of your data.
